This joint is indeed quaint and unassuming, therefore the good food easily surpassed our low expectations. Superb mushroom soup. Excellent poultry chop (although mashed potato had been mediocre). Pasta properly al dente. All food stuffs appear to be only gently salted - an excellent welcome. Extremely reasonable cost, especially the RM1.50 bottomless beverages (teh-o, teh tarik, oren asam boi). Beverages are self serve, utilizing their assortment of cups which is apparently largely free presents from the variety of vendors, and several oddly cute ones. Anticipate to sweat on a warm day, because the shelter generally is a hot tin roofing. Reasonable collection of breads, after all, it is a bakery!
