Bad packaging. I purchase 4glass. And i received just 2 in an excellent problem. Another 2 is damaged because of bad product packaging. I'm recommend to tealive supply something to keeping the cup such as a container. I order not 1 but 4. U have to consider the way the rider desire to hold it.
