This is, unquestionably, probably the most delightful tea shop I've visited in Malaysia: filled with old teapots and teacups (sadly not on the market), the sound of running water. Gladly, in addition, it has air conditioning along with fans. Consider the massive goldfish swimmingaongside the loo cabins! You wouldn't know the restaurant existed in the event that you didn't know the address; and do not be placed off by the darkish tinted doorways and the doorbell you need to ring to obtain inside. Unbeatable established menu around 12RM (small portions, but sufficient for women). Tea plentiful and beautifully offered. If you ask properly, they'll cook the seafood how you want! For greatest tasting outcomes, go in an organization! Open 11am-7pm each day except Sunday.

The area is nicely decorated with old Chinese furniture and contains an extremely nice indoor garden. The tea is certainly served in conventional Chinese teapots. The dessert has been amazing.

Absolutely loved the meals, service and ambience. It truly is a gorgeous shock in Georgetown behind the cup doors. We've returned several situations to enjoy exactly the same experience for lunch.

Amazing place figure out how to consume Chinese tea in historical building, then eat fantastic food all by using the owner who's passionate about their tea. A highlight of our visit to Georgetown.

Fantastic setting. Great dinner. We'd turnip cake (outstanding), two meals with greens (one with garlic, one with sambal and both were outstanding. The seafood dish was wonderful as well. The direction they serve tea exhibits the care they consider, and the waiter and proprietor wereboth extremely attentive. I cherished this location. It’s not properly marked so search for the tiny menus sign next to the door

The entrance of the restaurant is traditional Chinese with high doorways and carvings.Inside has been place with old nyonya and Chinese paintings and calligraphy.A well arranged backyard occupied the area under an open atmosphere well. We ordered its signature dish assam pedas ( seafood inside spicygravy),steamed spinach with garlic and chicken inside Chinese wines. The assam pedas was good but just a little spicy.Spinach was great and the chicken inside rice wine has been delicious and tasty. Service was excellent.

We found this place travelling the region we were staying a single night and were thus pleased that people did! The dog owner was very type and welcoming and recommended some beautiful dishes for all of us to use. The pork was tasty and I cherished thefresh, zesty veggie rolls. A wonderfully specific place.

I’ve gone to this charmingly-restored venue 3 x today, once for a official Chinese tea ceremony description that was arranged beforehand. Twice for lunch time and both moments the meals was delicious. I possibly could eat three platefuls of these fried tofu but still want more.
