Went for supper (paragon branch) Not busy however the service was bad. Food served past due. My companion finished eating by enough time my foods was served, worst nevertheless my baked poultry was cold.

A good Christmas, marred by foods and drinks that in no way came. We visited Wintertime Warmers for tea around 4pm on Xmas Time, and ordered a few beverages and a sandwich. The place was simply over half full, however the staff appeared to be strugglingto cope. The waitress who got our order didn't compose anything down, but mentioned ok and continued her method. We waited and waited, yet nothing arrived. Half an hr had gone by, whenever we found another waitress to arrive our direction with the tray of meals and beverages. Thinking our purchase had lastly come, we were dissatisfied to see it sent to another table who emerged after us. Disgusted by the prolonged wait, we visited query the waitress that had initially taken the purchase. She responded by inquiring, “What did you purchase?”. EASILY had to guess, getting taken our purchase verbally, she obtained distracted by some other clients and completely forgot to type in our order. We're able to have sat there till next Xmas and nothing would are available. While we recognize that vacation crowds could sometimes may cause backlogs in your kitchen, it’s inexcusable a jug of fruit tea nevertheless isn’t ready after 30 mins. We walked out and can never visit this location again.

For a soothing tea experience, strongly suggested. With a few places around Penang, the main one in Gurney Plaza will be our favourite up to now. We've tried plenty of their teas and liked most of them. Foods and cakes also great, their scones are worthy of a try.

Coffee is great, sandwiches pretty good too! Overall well worth trying but little bit over price, services is excellent!

We went yesterday evening for a meal, supper. First impression was superb, we were greet and seated by the associates politely. We placed several pastas dishes. Penne carbonara with Grill poultry, spaghetti carbonara with beef bacon and Caesar salad. My son's loveit so very much the Penne. All turn up ready simply by the chef, kudos ! Portioning average just great for all of us. The Caesar salad had been ok, it may be better. Ambience and the eating place layouts was great, very English. I have to say,I feel superior to the previous venue was previously, at present convenient and spacious. Program is outstanding, waiter were very attentive and pleasant. Overall experience is excellent, nice if you are tea lover. I'll definitely get back to try even more next time. Highly recommended. Cheers
