Uncle Lim’s Custom Poh Piah (springtime roll) skin was everyday handmade by the 4th generation Learn, the shop had been situated close to Chowrasta Bazaar within Penang - George City. The Poh Piah Learn yo-yo the wheat flour golf ball dough in a single hand, however holding a scraper. After that, he smears the wheat flour dough at first glance of a warm wok, departing a paper-thin level of popiah epidermis on the wok. Your skin heats for hardly 5 secs before his assistant scrapes and peels it off. Thus the popiah pores and skin was fresh, gentle & fluffy few with the aroma of wheat & chewy consistency.Besides, the store also promoting the popiah dipping & spices like: fairly sweet sauce, fried garlics, fried shallots, sambal belacan, crushed peanut & chili sauce. Additional item can also be within this store like: peanut & barley candy, ming tang, ar arm, pie tee glass & etc. Hence, it is possible to bought those important elements over here.
