Terrible experience. Need to find the solution to degree 6 but we've zero idea how. It’s challenging without direction. When we surely got to level 5-6 it’s completely darkish and creepy. When we found buy ticket it’s likely to 65RM to access the dining eating place but rather she’s made us spend 68 for rainbow stroll only. And that cash can't be deducted to restaurant. Therefore complicated and confused

Un po’ “a tema” ovviamente, ma buon cibo con una vista molto bella. Personale un po’ annoiato electronic servizio lento, le bibite sono arrivate 15 minuti dopo le pietanze electronic questo mette un po’ a disagio.

Ventajas: Puedes disfrutar de las vistas desde el mirador sin pagar una entrada. Compras un ticket de 25 MYR pra comidas o 65MYR pra cenas que luego se descuentan de la factura del restaurante. Por lo que por menos del precio de la entrada puedes comer.Desventaja: Una comida es bastante regular y el restaurante simply no estaba cuidado. El baño estaba bastante sucio.

The view , was Very beautiful . Ambience and the rest was great .Sadlt lousy staffs ! Not really helpful at all . Extremely dissapointed , we organised a family group high tea celebration for the Mom , But was an excellent dissapointment . Management Employees Kak ISS , please obtain Your self been trained in hospitality sector . Total put off . Not really accomodative at all . You're in FB business , please involve some ethics and learn to Handle customer . We weren't Fussy at all . Basic things you also were reluctant to greatly help us . Table set up for the family was a complete dissapointment . We tried speaking with them to kind it out , But she had not been HELPFUL at all !!!! We paid nearly RM1200 But , we'd to beg them for normal water too . Lousy Assistance , we were actually ready to pay additional for drinking water , Nonetheless it took them Lengthy to react . Oh my , Komtar top restaurant , actually dissapointed . Getting guest around around , felt so perturbed . Poorly-organised !And the high TEA Component was ok , drinks has been terrible . But Its much too expensiveSigh!!!

Loved ones hi tea was reserved previously but didn't priotise the seated arrangements. Half of the household has been split, despite explaining how essential the event was, not just a individual adjustment was produced. A large blunder by iss administration staff whom had taken the reservation. Completely not customer support oriented as she had been blunt and mentioned NO to all or any our ask for. Paying the bigger price for disoriented support. Aside from the view nothing excellent concerning the service or the meals. Drinks were so-so. Totally spoiled us reunion.

The view was really beautiful. Ambience was okay only as it isn't maintain properly. The lousiet staff i've actually seen in my entire life. A simple demand cant fullfill by the employees Ms. ISS had been very annoying. I produced a reserving for 5 models of Higher Tea which price at RM840.00. I informed her you can find additional adults and children, she explained that you will see charges of RM25 each. Each day previously i produced a confirmation of the additonals. And i produced a complete payment of RM1065.00 and my table had not been fixed up for the excess. The table was just create for 10ppl. I requested her to become listed on another 3 tables but she won't achieve this and she simply offering excuses. She doesnt possess basic ethics to take care of customers. She was therefore rude as if she owns the cafe. I will not really suggest to move there and waste materials our cash. The signature teh tarik sucks. If you're planning to visit, I'd strongly suggest that it is possible to just to start to see the view however, not the restaurant.
