Tong Seng has great reviews on-line, and is rather crowded at lunchtime. However I came across the poultry to be very tough, rather than to my liking. The rice lacks fragrance.

2 folks shared a bowl of 1/3 lower white chicken, roasted poultry and chat siew garnish with bean spouts and parsley with a bowl of oily rice. RM 13.80/-. Overall the poultry and char siew will be tasty. The rice will be prepare with onion andginger which blends properly with the meats. And the Chili sauce isn't as spicy since it look. Soup will be good without msg after flavor. A lot of sitting . Can go attempt!

Delicious, tender chicken as just the Hainanese makes it, served with rice boiled inside the chicken's extra fat. Awesomely yummy !

We were here for lunch time and we ordered an assortment of meats, roasted duck,pork,char siew and poultry,it goes perfectly with the rice and their chilli. Rice isn't oily at all and do not think there's additional msg within their soup.Carry out try if you are lookingfor healthy poultry rice.

Nearby and down the prevent from my airbnb! Superb food at an excellent price. Enjoy the Hainanese style poultry rice better using its spices. The rice is great too. The purchase price was also very good. In case you are desiring some chickenrice and for this neighborhood, easily found!

Noticed this resto from the neighborhood guideline and found it had been as effective as promoted .. attempted their Hainan Rice Pork Established and children tried their Poultry Rice, both were great .. fast provider, helpfull staffs .. friendly cost .. suggested for family lunch time whileroaming around Georgetown Penang

Tasty chicken rice and helpful staff. Roast pork is great ☺️ Ordered as soon as on Folo also it was actually much better than whenever we ate in the resto haha, nice surprise

My first lunch inside Penang when i checked in the resort upstairs. This store was suggested by the hotel employees when I was informed my area key could just be collected at 2.30 pm. I transpired to get a try. Ordered poultry rice witha braised poultry egg, RM 6 a plate. Reasonable cost, not necessarily very delicious, but alright to fill my food cravings.
