    Serving Cappuccino with low quality. Cappuccino provides burnt smell. Machine is not serviced for Ling period. Not really worth at all. No SOP for device maintenance done. Hence affecting the standard of coffee. Pls improve.

    the beverages are good however, not with the brand new straw. once the straw melts, the beverages dont taste exactly the same any more. i hope you may make the alter out of that.

    Hi, just wished to compliment the personnel from BEANS in Gleneagles Penang.1) service is super great2) super friendly employees (smiling even yet in mask i could see from their eye, greeting) love the optimistic vibes here 3) thoroughly clean and neat uniforms and workspace4) food helping is fast5) properly manningQudos to the group -Ashraf-Shamsul-the others We didn’t obtain the names.
