We discovered this place unintentionally. Primarily after seeing the provides board outside stating auntie Susan, which nicely linked to my very own aunt. On 1st opinion all of the food was affordable and on our very first visit I proceeded to go with the dual bacon cheeseburger at 9RM, due to the cost I wasn't expecting a lot, but was impressed by the flavor and real bacon that was the emphasize. We then returned following the first-time and I experienced the entire breakfast again for a lot more of the bacon. Both foods were very good and incredibly reasonable. My fiancéelectronic is a espresso lover and she stated the espresso was also excellent. My lasting impact was how great the meals was and how good the proprietors were: their attitude actually made an improvement and after consuming there they arrived and chatted around for 10 minutes offering local guidance plus some good conversation. Will certainly be back again for a third period and more.

This was an excellent little cafe / restaurant that I stumbled onto within my wanderings, and I'm very glad that I did so! The workers were warm and pleasant -- the couple appeared to share an all natural warmth between them. Underscoring their concernfor their visitors, the gentleman when i walked in instantly confirmed that I understood they served pork therefore there will be no surprises when I viewed the menu easily were Muslim. The person was extremely useful and informative aswell, in respect to both cafe and the town. The meals was excellent! I acquired the bacon fried rice, which had surprisingly complicated, layered tastes. And I enjoyed an excellent iced peach tea, with plenty of flavor and the ideal quantity of sweetness. There are many coffees to pick from, however the food menu can be an excellent size, with an especially large selection of all-day breakfast products. Everything reaches very good prices. The Big Coffee beans is really a bit dark, but it's cozy and comfortably worn. I had been intrigued by the wall which hung numerous photos of interesting, lively, distinctive, whimsical, playful ballet-centered moments seemingly cut from publications. (And none of these descriptors are the kind of terms I'd usually think of with regards to ballet.) I'd definitely return!

We had an excellent period at The Big Coffee beans, We had a espresso (caramel macchiato that was tasty) and tea that Michael (the dog owner) brought back completely from The united states. He was very useful and we're able to tell he enjoys his cafe and work.We tried the Kaya Toast and Quesadilla, both house cooked by Aunty away the back, these were both tasty and the quesadilla had the Malaysian twist to it- therefore yummy and nothing beats I’ve ever really tried before. Michael has been so helpful and nice - he actually wrote us a listing of places to go to in Penang before we remaining. I would strongly suggested going to this cafe if you prefer a refreshments indoors in a slow paced life - or also if you are searching for suggestions in Penang, Michael rocks !!
