Had been disappointed for the program. Was intended to purchase icecream and queued at the icecream counter but nobody was there to wait. They also didn't close the counter. Therefore took initiative by requesting straight to the primary counter and the personnel there is checking for available employees to attend and didn't update me. Waited back again at the icecream counter for 10 mins but still no staff to wait. Went to the primary counter for the next time and asked exactly the same ques aftr handful of them overlooked me. Only they educated icecream counter unavailable.Therefore i said 'thanks and then period pls inform.' Understood these were busy but at the very least they might put notice early stating the counter for icecream presently closed.Small items that matters.

A perfect spot to have an instant bite at 1st Avenue retail center! The server is fast and are around the tasks quite often! Advised to go sometimes usually people wouldn't purchase or the shop will usually be filled with customers!
