As soon as I walked in to the shop, I was in a totally different mindset. It is a two tale shoplot that the proprietors did fantastic in creating from the within out. I did so not try their foods. However their beverages were good, their program is greatand their employees are very friendly. Anytime I want some inspiration, this can definitely be my place.

A balance blended of everything - live band lounge, coffee and pastry, simple yet delicious meals for lunch and supper and an array of beer, cocktail and liquor. I attempted their pasta - great selection for a light supper.

Nice environment and great atmosphere. Staffs are helpful. Love their particular design using old home windows frame and antique change. Nice place to have a look at!

A number of music as various live bands perform weekly. The drinks were inexpensive however the environment was somewhat smokey and crowded during weekends.

The staffs were quite friendly. Food has been reasonable cost but Cafe Bailey's isn't that good when i felt even more on the coffee rather than the Bailey's itself!

Nice place and special. Sample yet good environment. Cheap meals and tasteful. Cheap beverage. Most important the area is clean. Will undoubtedly be back.

We have been to the stick it was nice however now the services it very bet. We'd beer and we wan to get a second across the waiter get back to us and inform that forget about happy hours for 5 pints after 9pm,When I inquire further why the waiter inform me after 9pm is 3 pint just and I must request the waiter why you won't ever do last demand 9pm and he just smile if you ask me and he mentioned the next time he will take action was to allow and the assistance had not been friendly it was excellent spot few a few months a chance,will thing back again to arrived at this place again.

We knew Talk Chat had an excellent reputation for live songs, & 1 of our favourite bands was executing there, thus we made the trip to notice - & sample the beer & foods. Parking was simple - on street was complete, therefore we wentinto basement carpark. RM2 per access. Stairs up from carpark got us ideal by Talk Chat. Found a table close to the stage. Staff brought us menus (really small print, comic publication style, dark colors - challenging to learn). Explained happy hour choices. We purchased 5 pint/10 half pint choice & beers arrived. Voucher will be valid four weeks, so we didn't need to drink all in 1 session. Ordered steak fries & planting season rolls. Rolls arrived rapidly & we began to eat while popular. Had to inquire 2 x different personnel where fries had been. We chosen these as had observed good testimonials on facebook etc. Properly, they arrived maybe ten minutes later - looked exactly like normal fries from any F&B wall plug on the island. Quite disappointing. Band arrived, sound check out & began to play. But bad acoustics! Band area is usually in recess under 1st floor, therefore all we're able to hear had been drums & bass. Band reassessed ranges & improved a little, but not great enhancement. And..... everyone in the bar talk-talked over them - all attempting to be noisy & heard. No gentle furnishings really to soak up the sound. Therefore demoralising. (we've noticed this band reside in many other venues, therefore we know they're great performers with excellent sounds). When we arrived, air conditioning was comfortable. At 10pm, someone will need to have discovered the chill change: within a few minutes, it has been freezing in there. Anyways, we still left during 2nd place. All stairway entrances to basement carpark have been closed off, therefore we ended up likely to street level & travelling the constructing till we discovered the automobile exit to obtain back again to our car. Overall, rather a disappointing night time. We will not be going back there.

This place is uniquely decorated to exude warmth and cool simultaneously. It really is cozy and intimate. Great for dates, beverages with friends and in addition business entertaining. On top of that, is their wines is priced affordably. I am looking forward to heading back there moreoften.
