We went inside and ordered cappuchino. Espresso came It had been vile. Milk have been boiled. No discernable flavor of coffee A lot of money (over 11ringitt) because of this rubbish. NO.....how dare they? Took it back again to the counter. Described my issue. Demanded a refund Did I wantmore cool milk?...........NO Did I'd like another shot of espresso?.......NO Evevntually the Manager materialised and gave me my cash back How can a global brand function such muck and also have the gall to contact it coffee?

We'd iced tea here and a Nutella sliced cake, going for a long time (20 a few minutes plus) merely to prepare it and the staffs not necessarily know very well what they’re doing. Should be trainees. More costly than the exact same iced tea from Starbucks in Jakarta orSingapore.

Asked for the caramel sizzling chocolate Grande, Decaf Americano with zero fat milk and the soy green tea extract frappuccino.... got a standard hot chocolate; we inquired why because they handed it to us currently having paid plus they said we don't possess the caramel kind...ran out there. ( weird they didn't reveal prior) forgot the milk for Americano therefore had to return. He also made us purchase the initial drink separate to another 2 that was strange. Extremely poor customer support
