After reading the countless reviews of the food court, made a decision to try during our recent stop by at Penang. Arrived around lunchtime on a weekday. Waited a couple of minutes for a car parking space. Location is packed, see with an increase of locals than tourists. A lot ofvariety to select, would say sensible in taste limited to the food that people ordered. But cost is cheap.

Dined here regarding brunch on the Thursday - got 3 dishes: fried pork wanton (5), poultry and shrimp hokkien noodles and char kuey teow. All were tasty. These were around 23 RM so affordable.

If u come in Penang, head to this food courtroom to use nasi lemak, first shop when u enter meals court. It’s sooo great.... It’s spicy for individuals who can’t consider spicy foods. If u r international tourists, must try out this authentic local food :)

Very busy hawker each morning, well-known banana leaf nasi lemak must purchase the braised chicken foot from wanton noodle store! A lot of options and the humble bakery in the meals court is wonderful for their butter cake

That is our favourite Food Court in Malaysia, famous and delicious Nassi Lemak, for me personally the main one with Ikanbilis and egg but a great many other kinds available! Today I proceeded to go for the Hokian mee, a tasty sort of noodle soupe with small shrimps, poultry, beansprouds, etc. Todays lunch time I will choose the Char Fried Kwey Teow, probably the most identified Penang dishes. The beverages such as for example Kopi or Tea Tarik etc. are delicious as well. Individuals here, guests along with staff are very helpful and cheerfully, a satisfaction to be here.

The time before we have been travelling back again to our home in holland, we took our breakfast at Sri Weld Food Court. Whenever we are usually in Georgetown that is our favorite food courtroom for breakfast and lunch time. This day we pick the fried Char KueyTeow and the Hokian Mee soupe, both ful of flavour, very tasty. Furthermore the atmosphere is here very pleasurable, the hawkers and also the customers very pleasant. In one year we are back Malaysia and for certain back again to Sri Weld Food Courtroom!

Sri Weld food courtroom is among my favourite. The bistro is huge and airy rather than a warmth trap for lunchtime diners. All of the cuisine is enough to fulfill any tastebuds. Penang hawker favourites are there - from char koayteow, chinese pasembor, hainan poultry, mee rebus, beef noodle soup, wanton mee, balachan along with other types of fried rice, curry mee, hookien prawn mee, koay teow soup, and the reliable lady at the entry selling three types of nasi lemak. There exists a large selection of drinks and fruit drinks. It is a cash only transaction. There exists a carpark right following to the meals court. The place is opened for lunch.
