This is a early restaurant plus they have limited menu. Generally, their hottest dish will be Fried Oyster Noodles, Fried cup noodles, "Bak Ki Mee Suah" (marinated pork with vermicelli in soup), "Tau Quah Char Suan Na" (bean curd fried with leeks and prawn)not to mention, my preferred Fried Oyster with several others. I love food out of this eatery as We mature eating it being truly a Hokkien myself nevertheless, you need to have to have plenty of endurance to dine here. Reservation is recommended. No airconds but with fans. Restaurant toilet isn't very impressive, previous but doable. The positioning of this restaurant is definitely an issue unless you generate as it is situated in a casing neighbourhood below highrise toned. However, in case you are adventurous with foods and wanted to attempt authentic Hokkien food, that is d place. The flavor is totally different and will be somewhat salty for a few. Happy trying :)

My children has been approaching here to consume for more than a decade. The food is actually authentic Hokkien. We constantly purchase the oh chien (oyster omelette), bak ki t'ng (meat golf ball soup), and fried oyster pork mee sua. The meals is indeed good! Yumyum yum! However, anticipate to wait quite a long time for the meals - at the very least 45 minutes. Us has a nickname because of this location tan ku ku (translated to 'wait long longer' in Hokkien) And yes it is situated in a fairly obscure region under in a home area. There is absolutely no air-con and the cafe is a normal restaurant style place. Services is good.

Well-known dishes include fried oyster omelette , fried Glass noodle , bee hoon withbraised pork leg and fried yellowish noodle. Minced pork soup and fried tau Kua are usually nice too Basically queue , enjoy and depart as it is as well hot to linger .

The orh chein/fried oyster omelette is good. Fried oyster noodle will be slightly above typical - had tried better types. We attained there at 12:00noon but was informed that store only opens at 12:45pm. We came back at 1:00pm, the store was packed and informed to reserveand come back at 2:30pm. Ordered food at 2:30pm and waited for 30-40 mins for meals to be served. In order to avoid disappointment, begin queuing before 12:20pm. Simply no menu provided as you can find standard meals and servers have the ability to recommend the laundry. However servers could be a small impatient because of the many customers.

Ordered the oyster noodles (yellow mee), fried rice and fried tang hoon. Overall, food is great (not cheap because they place oyster, prawn, seafood meat in to the noodles) but whether I'll come back, not as I need to await 45mins. Arrived at1pm+ (Saturday), guess that is nevertheless the peak lunchtime. My recommendation would be to come after 2.30pm, you'll hv tables and shorter waiting around period. Although biz is indeed good, the servers remain friendly. They'll coordinate the tables for you personally, first come first work which is fair. THEREFORE I will consider heading back if I am consuming for tea period or very late lunch time. No aircond however the place will be airy therefore still comfortable; cash conditions only.
