Very friendly weekend break bar, good environment and lots of character. People speak to one another and strangers, like me an initial timer from out of city. Music not too noisy and I came across the snacks wonderful and the drinks costs are cheap in comparison to my hometown.

Nice little spot inside a peaceful end of Georgetown - great atmosphere, very cosy, pleasant staff, good collection of drinks and some doors down from the excellent Nyonya restaurant. Late masses, so an excellent place for after supper drinks.

The bar, situated in among Penang's stretch of old, quaint buildings, is where I head to whenever I'm in Penang for the weekend. I've gone both alone sufficient reason for friends as an organization and have in no way felt out of location. Both the owners have become warm, welcoming and an easy task to speak to. My go-to beverage is their Longer Island bucket. Yes, it is a bucket, not just a tall cup and it's really very affordable. One more thing about the location is this rather excellent idea of having a digital jukebox where everyone can vote because of their song of preference. I've not really seen that somewhere else. It's really quite enjoyable. I have been likely to the bar given that they opened years back. That itself states something.
