This is among my to go places for steamboat / hot pot whenever I'm in Penang. Lots of people might overlooked this place as its located by the end of the shop-lot. But be confident their steamboat won't fail you. This isn't the most common chicken/ Pork broth steamboat, this includes fish and tofu. You can order a collection where they hv portion up for few people or it is possible to order ala cart. The broth is flavorful yet it's not too salty, but my friends did complain there could be msg in the soup as you'll be thirsty afterwords . I ordered the set for 5. But portion is slightly small once we only have 4 people and we still need to ordered extra. Fish and prawns are fresh. I really like their fried fu chuk, that is bean curd skin, it is possible to eat alone or put into the soup too. The main element to a flavorful soup would be to add in numerous kinds of ingredients as you take in, at the end you'll have a broth with bursting flavors! I enjoy add an egg by the end. We ordered fried stuffed prawn which will come in a couple of 4. Make sure to eat them while it's hot, it's crunchy externally, inside you have fish stuff prawn paste. Make sure to make reservation since it could possibly be quite packed during supper.
