I am not just a huge lover of sushi, but i kinda like dine in here. The menus selection is fairly many and taste great. Both staffs and environment is really pleasant, make me feel safe. We can order menus from the staff, pill, or even directlyfrom sushi belt. Purchase from tablet is normally my selection because I could order whenever I love without keep phoning the waiter, and we can also see how very much we spend up to now. This assist us manage our spending budget as sushi possess a small portion and you also might purchase without realize just how much you actually spend. We ate like 7-8 different dishes as well as 2 forms of beverages and it price around 50RM.

Limited choices inside the menu, when 20% are sold-out. No very much choices of shusi served ,quality of sushi may also be low . No well worth with the price. Smell abit weird inside shop, like urine odor. In a single word, the most severe shusi shop I've ever went.

I was very disappointed with this food. We waited for sushi on the teach but nothing came therefore i ordered and the meals took for ever. In addition to the salmon had not been fresh at all. Won't go back.

Though there are numerous japanese dining places in Penang but since my children like malls in comparison to individual outlets outside so we've tried this outlet for a lot more than 2 times. Usually purchased for the salmon mentaiyaki. Food flavor is ok. Not transformed at all sincethe first-time we attempted sakae sushi brand name. Price is typical for japanese restaurant. Have got tried others which are much more expensive.

We visited Sakae 1st Avenue on 21 Oct at 8.00pm. Regrettably, the services from the personnel was super bad!! All the employees are look therefore unhappy to work no attentive shown to clients. We purchased 2 bento and the restaurant isn't busyat all (since it has been 8pm!) and we've waited for half an hour for just two 2 bento still not really serve. It keep us no option to cancelled the dinner and personnel permitted us to cancel without the concern shown because they don’t even value their customers (no feeling of possession!!). We seen they will have sent wrong purchase few times to some other table customers aswell, no courteous apologies. Upon we purchase bill, the chinese lady called “Pei Zhen” who claimed herself as “administration level” (we obviously can see she actually is the supervisor or person-in-charged also to be honest she actually is the worst administration staff ever i've seen, I don’t believe she qualified because of this placement) billed us the two 2 bento which we've cancelled! There is absolutely no communication between your workers there. Directly after we informed her that people have cancelled the meals, just she realised that and refund the total amount back again to us. That is totally unacceptable because they don’t know very well what is “customer support”!! The standard of these service has already been dropped!!! The very best management need to consider this matter urgently!! When possible I'd rated this cafe below one star!!!

The standard here's so lousy that they can allow customer for for 1hour for a straightforward food so when ask they're lost. See my connect.my recommend don't stage food to the place, they're not that expert to cater food.

Sucks support and sucks food. I did so order soup,heavy fried crab,pepsi,plus some meal for all of us but my food come out 1st my drni didnt turn out.im looking forward to my beverage till i must ask employees to where my beverage.

Terrible service. Terrible foods. Unclean premises. Actually regretted coming right here. The serving personnel are useless. Will there be no management as of this place ? Waited such a long time for drink and food also it wasn't even hectic. The service personnel were doing nothing. You can find so manyplaces to consume within Penang. Don't make exactly the same mistake as me .

Ordering with regard to takeaway during mco : There is 2 clients only including me plus they take orders 1 by 1 using 1 iPad only. Therefore if each client before you takes 20mins to purchase, you merely wait in collection for the order? That’s not really evenit, after producing the purchase and spending money on it, they after that tell you to keep coming back after 30mins. It’s simply sushi and you also only have 2 clients? You can’t actually cancel the purchase since you’ve covered it…zzz I did not be expectant of this from Sakae Sushi. Also the girl taking purchase and at the counter will be unfriendly and a little rude. Even though you have restricted staffs, it is possible to enhance the efficiency and consider the takeaway encounter since it’s the only real option right now.
