Its an extremely nice and special good dining encounter. Before that I've tried out some great dining which set of 3 to 5 course foods (including appetiser, main training course and dessert) BUT all of the course foods in the Blanc are usually filled with surprises by chef We've ordered degustation menu that is RM298+ by serving 8-9 fine course dinner. Every foods offered within 15 to 20 minutes plus they are therefore professionally explaining the components of the foodstuffs before serving. Plus they do supplied complimentary birthday cake as well! Although all the foods are served in little portion but all of the elements used are freshly ready and tasty. We did liked the foodstuffs with the cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Although people always told all of us that we is going for local food whenever we move Penang but I'd seriously recommend you create a stop by at Blanc for a good dining experience at an extremely reasonable price (we reside in Singapore where good dining is billed at a extra superior).For context, we have been not chefs nor food critics but simply normal people who loves to go great dining once some time.Absolutely love the meals, the way the chef executed every dish, making western asian fusions that tastes correct in the mouth area. You can sense that the chef places lots of thoughts in every these dishes, offering the best out of every ingredient and placing different layers in the mouth area.The nice:- The Western and Asian fusion- The vibe- The braised foie gras, the tausapia dessert, basically the majority of the food we hadThe poor: nope. It had been an extremely good meal for all of us

Macalister Mansion, beautifully appointed dining area, absolutely stunning menus! Progressive, exceptionally innovative and executed 11 program menu! Fantastic usage of substances and wonderfully real to the Chefs cuisine. Many thanks to BENNY YEOH- CHEF DE CUISINE and his group to make my birthday dinner extremely special!

We love the neighborhood food within Penang but made a decision to provide this place a go and had zero regrets. Provider had been impeccable! Every dish has been so innovative it had been a complete experience unpacking each training course, therefore yummy too. Special point out to the bartender whose key cocktails really brought collectively the complete experience. We furthermore appreciated the tiny something they ready for my companion for his birthday!Really worth every cent, many thanks for the beautiful night :)

Beautiful place, excellent food, fine ambience, attentive & wonderful staffs. This summarize the knowledge with Blance. All of the courses was outstanding. Uncertain why the rabbit will be caged inside though lol

I actually wasn't having much anticipations before the visit. Once we entered, the ambience had been soothing and inviting. Whenever we were to purchase, there have been some miscommunications (I really believe a much less experienced employees promised us something after that another came and mentioned extremely hard). The limited main program choice was the only real downside for the night time.I wouldn't desire to spoil the classes but they did an incredible work curating it. The total amount of earning it "interesting" however tying the food back again to it's origin will be impeccable. Excuse the image of the beef when i like tasting flavors individually.The very best part was the desserts. We weren't a lot into desserts, usually simply getting a bite and departing the others, but at Blanc, we gobbled up everything. Yes it had been that good!Overall, good work to the culinary group. If Blanc had been to go to Klang Valley I really believe the wait checklist will be crazy. Look out Darren Chin!

Ambience 5/5- excellent and posh decoration yet doesn’t really feel uncomfortably too much- We wish there’s more personal privacy between each desk thoughService 5/5- very helpful and accommodating staffs- we went there to celebrate a wedding anniversary and was ready to pay for the cake, but Blanc provides offered a free of charge cake for us. Quite touching!- we furthermore asked plenty of questions about the menus and the ingredients that your staffs were patiently told us and suggest the very best options for us predicated on our preferencesFood 5/5- omg I'd come back here each time I’m in Penang- from the yuzu butter initially til sweet closing with chocolate earl grey, every training course had been executed perfectly and I couldn’t have expected a lot more! This is beyond my higher expectation- do attempt their iberico pork! Flavor sooooo flavorfulWill I keep coming back? Yes yes yes and I'll bring all my close friends with me !

Location and ambient is good but that is the only good issue I could say about Blanc.Meals portion is small.Absolutely nothing special about the foods. For this sort of price tag, I'd expect they serve refreshing meals but no, they dare to function frozen scallop.Purchased wagyu, extra rm200 but came only 3 slices such as eating sashimi. Don't have even the sweet wagyu flavor.Food service can be EXTREMELY SLOW. Need to wait 15-20 mins among each dish. Everyone in the cafe was just using phone while looking forward to foods to be served.Full WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
