Probably the most famous shop which selling the green bean paste cookies (tau sar peah) and traditional Chinese pastriesin Georgetown, Pulau PinangOne of the area should be visited everytime when part of to Penang island. The tau sar piah here's really remained regular and freshly because of good company and crowded daily.This shop is close on Sunday and public holiday, open from Mon to Saturday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Bakuteh soup version simply so so only. Actually my bakuteh is founded on Klang standard, therefore here no match. However the dried out yam bakuteh do provide me a kick and be my celebrity of the night time. It's sauce is very different from KL dried out bakuteh. The pork meats was prepared to perfection but still stay its tenderness. Furthermore the yucha kuih is quite crispy but still crispy 30 mins afterwards after served (superior to KL). Natural vege yuchai with poultry floss do shock me aswell (superior to KL which just apply oyster sauce). A very important factor worth mention is they are serving higher standard and refreshing garlic generously (nothing like kl who make use of prepacked and dry edition with many black place). Refill program of soup also extremely attentive. Total costs for just two 2 pax will be RM46. Affordability. Recommended
