A small eating place served Eastern and Oriental meals. Ample parking space behind the restaurant also it opens everyday for lunch and supper. The assam seafood curry, sambal saromi, strong fried poultry with thai sauce and fried bitter gourd with egg had been nice. However the fried omelet with prawn, fried tofu with thai sauce and fried assam prawn flavor a little bland. Overall it's nevertheless a nice bistro for family.

The OFA Restaurant can be an average restaurant with an acceptable food price. The tables, chair and decor could perform with some renovation. The meals is better, possibly 3.5 stars out of 5 stars. The helping staff were friendly good enough. We have there been just before lunchtime therefore the waiting period for the meals was fairly fast.

The staff was wearing "New Wing Lock Eating place" T-shirts so presumably these were working the restaurant. The meals has been ok but nothing at all special. It was the typical Chinese cooking with several Penang dishes thrown such as Inche Kabin (Nyonya fried chicken). Services wasquite fast and the area was filling up once we left at 8pm. Overall okay, but nothing to produce a second visit for.

Since new management took more than it's been bad. Wasn't also crowded and took a glass of Milo a quarter-hour to arrive. Ordered a straightforward bowl of fried rice aswell and took over 40 mins to be served. Foods tasted bland and notworth the wait around at all. Will never be back anytime soon.

Not the least expensive eatery in Penang but value for high quality, freshly prepared nice tasting food. Friendly staff, useful, offering advice re selection of menu items Lovely atmosphere, additional family groups present, just about all seem to be enjoying their food and having a greattime. Would recommend the Inche Kabin (sharp on outside, moist perfectly cooked inside of), Assam seafood curry (lovely tender fresh seafood, the curry had an excellent stability of flavour, tanginess and temperature from the chillies), Poh Piah (sharp outer, generous filling inside of), Bean Curd (soft silky tofu)
