服务员如果不想服务可以不用服务一开始水里有蚂蚁叫了服务员结果把水拿去了又拿回来一句话也没说什么解释也没有放下了原本有蚂蚁的水就走了后来冰块没了叫拿点冰块就开始不耐烦还冲我们喊了非常大一声就怕我们没听见吗？？？想加点一份米粉已经跟服务员说了刚好汤底也没了就心想不麻烦再来一次等送米粉来的时候再说结果等了很久都没有送来点了食物是要七请八请才可以拿来的吗？？真心不建议大家来这间就应该先看了review再决定

Aturan yang tidak masuk akal, tidak boleh pesan paket whatever you can eat untuk 1 orang, setelah itu ditawari paket untuk 2 orang, pesan ala cart untuk bbq saja tidak bisa, harus ada sup nya, yang saya inginkan adalah barbeque

员工的服务是我看过火锅店里面最烂的。全程好像我们欠他门钱一样，问东西什么都不会讲。空盘子也不会收，员工全程只是站在后面聊天。要叫他们拿东西好像看他们的脸色，重点是叫了东西还会装傻不要上来。问题是还好意思收我们钱，还要我们给服务费，全程都没有什么服务还好意思叫我们给钱。永远都不会在倒回来了，活该店里没有人！！！

Very disappointed on the food, provider, and hygiene. Took the Happy Hour buffet for Rm29.90 each individual. Went with overall of 2 pax. Accumulated to RM80 plus contains RM9.90 mini teapot of lemongrass tea which tasted like chrysanthemum that your tea is from Ahmad Tea, chamomile and lemongrass. It only point out Lemongrass tea on the menus and RM6.90 for charcoal. Had to questioned the staffs to improve our charcoal two times. Wasted our time looking forward to the meals to cook due to the charcoal heat isn't strong sufficient. The sauce region if filled with flies flying around. That is my first-time here and the final time. Affordability, nearly. I'm especially dissatisfied in the hygiene and the charcoal.
