We stopped as of this dim sum eating place as we wanted a big change of diet plan from the most common penang fare. We purchased the har kau, stewed pork, mushroom cum seafood soup, seafood balls, siew pau, egg yolk pau and some fried dishes. It's personal serviceand hot beverages are limited because they function Chinese tea mainly. We didn't believe the food had been anything to shout about and IMHO hv tasted much better dim sum in smaller sized less popular dim sum restaurants.

For those who have not tried dim sum before, this place may be the first place to begin. Having tried so a great many other dim sum restaurants within Penang, this is actually the worst in my own list. Fried koay kak tasted such as yesterday evening leftover and has been refriedin the morning. Salted egg bun taste even now fine however the bun adhere to your teeth such as glue. Har kaw and siew mai tasted so so, nothing to shout. Price is average.

Great traditional dim sum location. Opens at 530am. We attempted the freshly steamed chang fen (rice roll) that was very nice. Also attempted their baos (BBQ pork bao and meats bao) that have been good as well. Siew mais weren't as good though.
