The shop has excellent Sabah pan mian. I attempted the soup edition of the pan mian. The broth was amazing. I have resided in Sabah for several years & eaten plenty of variations of pan mian. If one is definitely outside Sabah and pining for panmian - the courteous & type uncle promoting Sabah pan mian as of this shop will justice to the dish.

I loved everything we ordered in this kedai kopi. Whether it had been the curry mee, wanton mee or char kway teow, these were yummy. On top of that was the apong; using this world!

Arrived Penang along with family around 9am and made a decision to stop by Pulau Tikus for breakfast. Picked Swee Kong out from the several coffee shops and that is the most severe decision ever. We ordered Char Koay Teow, vendor took the liberty of food preparation the main one with duckegg and charged us for that - worst Char Koay Teow ever! Any regular CKT in KL and quickly taste much better than this CKT 👎 Also ordered: Curry Wantan Noodle- disappointing. Mee Rebus - not well worth bragging Beverages were mild and tasteless 😨 The best was most likely the Koay Teow Th'ng (Koay Teow Soup) - it had been the final bowl left at 9.30am! Prawn Mee/Hokkien Mee had been alrd closed by enough time we reached so we didn't have to be able to try that.

The apom manis is good, But a little pricey. Overall the restaurant includes a lot food types. All taste okay. The restaurant has to keep up with the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I've dined at various Hokkien mee stalls where Penang foodies state to be their favorites. If you ask me it’s Kedai Kopi Swee Kong, being the most effective. The share is robust with an ideal balance of tastes where 3 bowls will be never an excessive amount of. It’sa early morning affair where in fact the last bowl could be sold by 9am or earlier. Therefore to make sure your fix, make it happen by 7.30am. It’s located reverse Pulau Tikus Polis station, in a large part shop house. Closes on Thursday. Alan Leong Singapore Level 6
