我是你们鸡煲的常客 常去中路那间吃 不得不说 那边有一个服务生的态度真的很糟糕！ 我记得是穿着蓝色牛仔裤瘦瘦的女孩子 我每次让她做东西她都好像很不情愿的样子 那个态度真的很影响我的心情 我已经不是第一次见她这样了 心里想着可能她还不够成熟 可是机会给多了真的很累 我接下来几次过去她都是这样的态度 这种员工不要也罢吧？！！食物方面我也不多说了 都说是常客了。。

chicken has been meatless , and chicken appears not fresh because the meats is brownish in color . Examined with waitress she state because it’s kampung poultry . I mean I’ve attempted before kampung poultry but doesn’t appear to be this. Checked once again with kitchen area and waitress returned saying , the chicken simply found its way to the morning therefore it’s new. Awww ….. pricey rather than a nice dinner here.

看到推荐过来的，第一次吃，食物蛮不错，喜欢你们的女服务生 戴眼镜的，把菜单解释很详细，服务周到，一直给我们添茶加汤，下次还会带家人一起过去在中路那家。。

Chicken claypot house however the poultry they served is meatless seems more like eating poultry bones than poultry.Added upon pork slices but it’s not thaw sufficient it was offered directly from the freezer.

Among the worst Poultry Claypots I've ever tasted. First-time in Penang and had been recommended this place by way of a friend because of the previous good evaluations.Went at around 9.15pm on 07th July for a past due dinner with my companion and ordered the tiny Single Claypot (RM48++) and added several add-ons like the High quality Pork Stomach and the Fuzhou Ball.Poultry Claypot arrived and let's simply say my disappointment has been real. Chicken was a lot more bones than meat, also it was difficult as hell. But that has been all fine, before deal-breaker came.Poultry obviously wasn't cleaned and plucked properly and there have been still chicken tresses/featherlets/feathers upon the chicken even with cooking. Called the services waitress over and she introduced it to the supervisor in charge. Manager in control could still declare there is only "several" small featherlets before waitress chimed in and stated there have been not just "several".Decided to simply pay the expenses and leave since it was simply too disgusting and we'd no appetite thereafter. Supervisor claimed that the poultry was earned from their central cooking area/supplier and can not be always cleaned nicely. At least he previously the decency never to cost me for the Poultry Claypot and just charged me for all of those other items (bill came around RM65.)Overrated, disappointing experience. First and final time here, won't come once again. Manager's feeble try to explain the poultry featherlets was simply ridiculous, and for a poultry claypot that isn't the least expensive, what excuse will there be that it can not be cleaned properly when other areas can do better?
