Us of 10 were in cruise stopover inside Penang. Ivy' Nonya has been an ideal lunch place. Restaurant had been in a quaint older home, where Dragon the dog owner was a wonderful web host and provided us his recommended menus. We still left it to him. Kids lovedthe Poultry Kapitan. Kueh Pie Tee with a topping of these balacan chilli really was great. Went for extras. Huge part of assam snapper seafood and poultry ngoh hiang was tasty. Going off having an extra purchase of hei bi hiam in a takeaway packet. Strongly suggested.

During my recent visit to Penang our Penang relatives brought all of us in order to Ivy’s Nonya cuisine regarding lunch. I found the meals rather light in flavor rather than salty. Curry Kapitan had been nice however the Assam pedas seafood was as well watery. I came across cooking standard andfood high quality instead mediocre and didn’t deserve the rave testimonials that I study. It’s today halal. The savior for dining there is the excellent home made Nonya kuih marketed there, greater than any that I could find in Singapore

All of the food were manufactured in the kitchen including refreshing Nonya kuih or snack foods which were available for purchase. I'd absolutely be back again because I love the meals and the homey feel just like I was going to a member of family, and less of the normal restaurant settings.

We've a food package supplied by restaurant that may try all sort of famous nyonya dish in the cafe with enough part. All dishes was delicious and cook by specific spice and cost with reasonable price. Service of eating place is excellent and warm. Thumbsup for the dessert 'black pulut' which have to try. Will come again.

Dragon (the friendly boss) never missed a defeat with his assistance (alongside other family who runs the area). Great nyonya food, excellent set meals to fulfill hungry tummies and veryreasonable prices. Should come back for more! Incredible food and fast services. We were suggested by Dragon (proprietor) to take the arranged menu that was a great concept, to try different kind of signature meals. We completely enjoyed all of the dishes. Friendly services and ambience was great. Dragon is a good host,friendly and enthusiastic about the foods he served.
