They were quite nicely known because of their soufflés so we ordered to use. We obtained the matcha flavour one convinced that it will be less sweeter because the matcha might mix out the glucose. However, the soufflé nevertheless turned out a touch too fairly sweet. The cashier woman could smile a bit more and be a lot more welcoming to its clients. All staff appear to be busy inside the constructing and nobody cares if there have been new customers who would have to be seated on view space. Some bucking-up must be done.

The Hoshino pasta was alright, however the carbonara was an upset as instead of thick cream, it had been watery milk so when served, cold. Salmon slices had been three small slimmer than bacon slices. The chef had been on the phone quite often, the servers had been happily chatting away so when called, a fairly impatient mindset. I walked out buying nothing the 1st time, provided it another chance, which was my 3rd and last stop by at this joint. 女性スタッフがつまみ食いしながら作業をしているのがテーブル席から丸見え。シェフは暇なのか厨房とフロアを何度も出たり入ったりしている。その割に25分経ってもフレンチトーストが出て来ず、聞いたらようやく出て来たけども冷めていた。スタッフの管理がなっておらずグダグダ。今時、小洒落た喫茶店は他にも沢山あるし、リピートはないかな。
