Ordered 1established of nasi lemak. From then on ask for then add sambal,waitress explained need extra Rm2 for add-on. Could it be reasonable? Next time easily order nasi lemak once again without sambal, do you want to give me RM2 lower price.

Promenade 分店的服务生态度超级差，写的是F 你的服务生就看成P，如果觉得客人下单时写得不清楚就要再和客人确定多一次才对，食物上桌了发现不对 就跟那位男服务员说食物不对了，要求拿回之前的purchase chit来确认，但是那张purchase chit已经被那位服务员涂得超级黑了，真的不明白为什么要涂那么黑而不是割掉，是太空闲才涂那么黑吗？事后也无法对证，服务员还硬说是我们写的P3 明明就是F3好吗，过后还很不情愿的那种态度拿走错的那盘食物后很大力的丢放在你们餐厅出餐的位子，过后还一直跟其他的服务员埋怨说是我们的不对，说是我们写错不是他们看错，餐厅空间不大，说的什么我们也不是没有耳朵听不见，请对你们请回来的员工进行培训，告诉你们的服务员先和客人确定一次了才下单，而不是随便找来这些态度不好的小男孩来服务你的客人。食物是不错，但是服务员的态度毁了一切，之前去的时候都有个马来女同胞服务员，她的态度就很好，我本来是常客，现在恐怕也不会再去了，请好好检讨一下这位服务员的问题吧。

we ordered fr deliver eat several times. food were great. so we made a decision to visit the restaurant these days. timing was incorrect. we reached there 11.40am+ on Friday, group started about 12pm..service has been abit slow because only 2 staffs were working here n there helping one bowl at the same time on a full home. we purchased tomyum ramen, and a pasta. meals was alright.

Incredibly poor service experience..Personnel miss out our purchase yet denying it whilst we observe tables behind us are usually eating..second period we urge your staff to process our foods faster once we have been looking forward to 40mins at the very least..yet no suggestions from the personnel and we continue seeing meals are served for tables after all of us.Third period we check, staff said system delay that’s why your order will be slower..what sort of excuse is this?Those tables were way behind us..waited for at the very least an hour to obtain our food..
