The meals was mindblowingly good. For 188RM, we got a 7 training course meal with free movement of korean rice wines which was created by the chef himself. The salmon was cooked perfectly, we cherished the chef - Joe's contemporary undertake the Singapore & Malaysiaclassic of braised pork and the dessert was simply amazing. The truffle cheese complemented the fried coconut mochi and honeydew sorbet flawlessly. Thank you so significantly for the amazing evening and freeflow of one's homemade makkoli, Joe! Also many thanks so much to make a 2nd part of dessert for me personally because I won't have the ability to go back to Singapore without consuming it again 😂 This is mandatory TRY in Penang!

Tonight dinner used an extremely special restaurant (no menus restaurant). Need to make a booking at their FB web page. After verified the reservation, 1)have to pay down payment 50%. Per pax RM218nett. 2) They'll send you some queries like what sort of meals youcan't eat, can't stand to consume etc... Before booking hrs 15 minutes, they'll send you the entry code. The chef personally arrive and explain every single dish. STARTER Bread (normal) 3 APPETIZERS 1)3 sort of salsa Tomato Salsa, mango salsa and hundred years egg salsa. Flavor from lighting to heave. I personally love hundred years egg salsa as you can't think it is else where. 😋😋😋 🌟🌟🌟🌟 2)Fruits Jelly (beautiful and refreshing) 🌟🌟🌟🌟 3)Pasta. Make in andante and prawn bass sauce 😱😱😱😱😱So good 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 SOUP Tofu and chicken crystal clear soup. 👍👍👍👍👍 The chef slice the tofu really delicately. As being a flower in the soup. The flavor out of my creativity. Very refreshing. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 2 MAIND COURSE 1) Fish cooked inside Thai style. The presentation of the dish exactly like an art. Benefit from the aroma too.. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 2) Pork Stomach cooked in Vietnam design. Stunning dish too and you also won't fell oilly at most. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 DESSERT Normal (I'm not just a dessert person,) 😏😏😏😏 ⭐⭐⭐ Overall an excellent experience It took about 2 hours to complete the whole course.
