食物不错，可是上食物很慢，等了半小时食物才来，我们点了食物，可是某种食物完了，就再点过，来回不到三分钟，我过后也没人再点食物，可是过后比我们迟来的顾客的食物也来了，我们的也没到。不过没关系，如果你漏掉我们的单，也没关系，至少最基本的一句道歉，你们的员工也没做到，一直推说是因为我们迟点了食物。前后不到三分钟的点单却让食物迟了前后半小时。你的员工态度有待加强。食物比别的顾客迟出来真的不用紧，可是态度真的很重要。
