Probably the most terrible place I've ever gone to, anyone who is able to ruin a straightforward item as Onion Rings shouldn't be in a food business, the service, the looks of the staff, the meals was yet, disgustingly terrible, I have no idea ifI may also remove one star they don't really deserve even one star, should provide them with -5 stars

Used their new menu nonetheless it was really disappointing once we were being offered almost rotten salad. Part was small however charging premium. Was previously our favorite location for collecting but i assume not following this awful experience

We have run into Chillis before in Malaysia but this is actually the first-time we gave them a go. It had been not too busy, assistance was friendly. The youngsters enjoyed the food, nevertheless my sticky barbecue poultry chipotle was just as well sweet for my flavor.It was ok however, not anything special but again we wished to try something different.

The BBQ chicken chiptole is among the best I've ever eaten,love the cosy restaurant/wonderful ambience. There are quite a variety of beverages to pick from to go with your primary meals or sides.

We had meals from chilis in a variety of parts of the planet but this branch is definitely a nightmare. Thoughts is broken there, you are feeling like beggars. No personnel will be concerned about the customers. Very poor services. Appetizers are served following the main training course. No silverwaregiven without inquiring. No grin on the facial skin of staff. So avoid this branch, otherwise you'll spoil your evenings

Was down for supper final Sunday. Surprising the flavor was poor and the display wasn't amazed at all with the purchase price you spend. I order combine Texas (Poultry, Rib and Salmon) and there is absolutely no method for me to complete as the flavor wasn't goodat all. Something have to be done or else you merely spoiled the brand.

Two folks visited Chillis for supper against much better judgement after receiving poor provider last time about 2 yrs ago. The food have been OK earlier so we thought i would provide them another possiblity to shine. On getting into two staff had been chatting and jokingnear the paydesk. We were proven a table close to the cooking area but we questioned to sit down in a booth rather. Two booths had been empty. Once we approached we noticed dirty plates and eyeglasses piled on both tables. The waiters rushed to completely clean a table for all of us. I wondered why they might not need done that before rather than chatting. The place had not been exactly occupied. We sat lower and menus had been supplied. We chose our meals and drinks. Nobody found take our order. We'd to contact a waiter to the desk. A shared beginner of Nachos arrived promptly with beverages. They were great. The mains of Poultry Quesadillas and Cajun Poultry found its way to reasonable time. Both meals were large and delicious, although my Cajun Poultry with Penne Pasta might have been hotter and the sauce not thick. Towards the finish it was much less pleasant. A couple of arrived and were proven to a nearby desk as we dined. After a few years sitting and being overlooked, not even getting menus, they walked out and the person scolded the employees who were again hanging out the paydesk at the entranceway. The food was typical this time around and as prior to the support inattentive and simply poor. The location needs a good supervisor to 'crack the whip' and obtain the service issue resolved. I question we will be creating a return visit anytime soon.

Stayed at G Resort Gurney Drive and made a decision to try away Chillis, that i have tried before within Singapore and Philippines. I acquired a bad encounter with Chilli in Singapore that final time and was longing for a much better outing this time. We ordered theChicken Chipotle and Ribeye steak as mains with onion bands as starters. We had been served cold water in old chipped eyeglasses. Onion bands don’t looked extremely presentable and taste alright. They next served my steak and the chipotle.. my order was moderate and what came has been a pathetic overlooking cooked steak. I reduce into it and demonstrated the server who simply shrugged his shoulder and laughed!! I delivered it back again to the kitchen to improve while my colleague eat his poultry chipotle had been tasted bland and lukewarm. After 20 long agonizing a few minutes, I informed the server at the very least offered the fries 1st before it gets cool .. I assume the fries were simply seated at the counter obtaining cold also it took another 5 long moments before he returned with warm fries (!!??) where’s the initiative ???? The steak emerged over done well and I quit after consuming a mouthful.. it had been not a ribeye reduce, thin & lean and tasted like cupboard. The product quality will be non existent!!! I require the costs as my pal has finished his dinner. Not a single phrase of apology nor description ! I paid MYR 160 for the food and left the area hungry & angry!!! Thank you quite definitely and I'll never patronize Chillis ever within Penang. Food : Epic fail ! Service : Bad ! Affordability: Zero Don’t even try to steer away ...

We went within because we wanted some foods that we were familiar with with good program. THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE. Initial we ordered some beverages that were a little on the expensive aspect, but we made a decision to have them in any case. We'd to waitabout a quarter-hour for a beer and margarita. We weren't too defer by this. We purchased a salmon supper for my partner, some onion bands for a beginner and a poultry rice bowl for myself. Once the onion bands came they were great, but spicy in areas. Not consistent, therefore was a touch too spicy for my partner in locations. They tasted OK nonetheless albeit VERY greasy. After that our main course arrived. I took one appearance at my spoon that has been covered with a thing that had nothing related to the dish - very filthy and nasty. I complained to the waiter and he simply got another spoon. Considering that I possibly could not eat the meals and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was informed there was not just one right now there. After asking many times I made a decision to push it a lot more. Finally after 20 mins or so the supervisor came. They did consider that dish off the expenses because I refused to consume it, but that has been the level of it and provided a fairly insincere apology. I'll NOT be back again and could reconsider ever likely to Chili's anywhere following this experience given that they obviously haven't any quality manage. If it had been not because of this ridiculous behavior on the part I might have continued heading there.
