Having eaten many times in Sumida all of us thought it will be smart to have a look at Aji Noren that was round the corner associated with the complicated where Cimb was situated. The items had been a fusion of Korean with very little selection of Shashimi. Wewanted shashimi but we were holding only obtainable in set foods and we had to stay for that. We purchased Edamame for appetizer and the soya coffee beans arrived in bunches which may not happen in virtually any Japanese cafe. We then placed purchase for just two 2 different models, one a combo of seafood and tempura and my husband got the salmon sashimi with unagi. Both was included with miso soup, rice, julienned cabbage salads with some dribble of dressing which tasted like thousand island and 2 slices of watermelon for dessert. Foods wise only typical but service wouldn't normally be alright or even for the foreign man server. The neighborhood servers appeared to be socializing with one another departing the foreigners to oversee assistance and purchase taking. This is our last stop by at this restaurant ... sad!

Excellent ambiance with delicious meals. A lot of parking space during weekend break/evening. Overall, very decent encounter with a particular date of 5 grown ups and 2 children. Recommended.

This place is definitely packed, either with locals or Japanese people, that is a good sign. This location serves almost genuine Japanese foods. From gyozas, sashimi to ramen, almost anything Japanese or "mainstream". Just downside for me may be the pricing, especially supper. There's cheaperoptions close by and it's as effective as this location, portions aren't that huge either. Overall still an excellent place to get back to.

We come here constantly and the services is great and the meals is incredible!!! The spicy poultry teriyaki set is great. We also like the tempura vegetables, the vinegar cucumbers, the cucumber rolls, the gyoza, and the edamame! Would recommend!

No problem finding parking as there's an underground car parking lot. I was very happy to see an extensive selection of Japanese food. We purchased shio ramen, tempura udon, some Japanese title ribs, enoki with bacon. My ramen's soup was extremely bland. I cannot also figureout the soup bottom. Not really salty, no seasoning. I assume ramen isn't their solid point. But I like their enoki with bacon rolls and the ribs. I also enjoy the cute backyard decoration. Will come back again to try other meals, not the ramen haha

We enjoyed an excellent lunch here. The menus is extensive and will be offering something for everybody. The service is great, the food arrived rapidly and was incredibly delicious. We tried a number of different dishes plus they each tasted authentic. The decoration is warm and inviting and feelslike you’re in Japan and the outdoor eating area out back can be an eclectic mixture of Malaysia and Japan. Definitely recommended.

This Japanese restaurant has been operating successfully for quite some time now. Despite its "not-so-obvious" place an the back area of the Prima Tanjung shoplots in Tanjung Tokong, it provides were able to gain a solid reputation (esp. on the list of Northern Penang locals) because of the authenticityand great high quality of its dishes. Certainly, I can individually vouch that their company still remained strong actually through the MCOs of days gone by 2 years, by the waiting period that I skilled when I purchased from here throughout that time. Be it their sushis, donburis, or ramen, it is possible to really flavor that Japanese "oomph" or authentic-ness within their dishes. They have even a few "tatami"-style set up for a few of their tables... even though overall seating arrangements listed below are somewhat on the narrow part, since they just occupy 1 shoplot area here.

Among our favourite Japanese Dining places in Penang. The couple team function tirelessly and their effort pays off. We've been here numerous periods now and also have eaten a number of the food. We've had late nights right here aswell asa quick family supper on a school evening. There's indoor and outdoor seating and possibly options work very well for us. Our favourite dishes will be the chilly soba noodles (can't ever remember the title), and Sashimi. Although we constantly try something new whenever we are there. Make sure you create a booking as this location can book out quickly
