Decades of food preparation this street staple regular from 6pm still have not taken this to greater heights. Today assisted by his two males, the old gentleman make might need to tweak his recipe of noodles prepared with twin prawns, single seafood fillet and pork slices. Both Char Hor Enjoyable(RM7) since it is locally identified, or Cantonese design noodles and Penang's signature Hokkien Char noodles (RM7) experienced a light contact and overwhelming MSG therapy. My best advice would be to improve to a charcoal stove to improve wok hei, also to create a good stock bottom from poultry and pork bones (something the Koay Teow Thng stall next door can give a suggestion or two). Umami could be further improved from fried pork lardos, squid and dried single bonito sorely skipped in this concoction. The accompanying sambal chilly for the Hokkien Char demonstrated guarantee but lacked punch, lacking belacan, calamansi and spicy chilly padi. Without relocating this dish forward, a single cannot contend with even the common that KL offers, maybe only Singapore encourage such bland foods. At this specific rate, his two sons are usually better off employed in local market, there is no long lasting culinary legacy right here yet.

Basic fried hokkien noodles with seafood is definitely genuine yummy. Their Cantonese Fried Kuey Teow can be good. Constant movement of clients for dine in and eliminate. Would recommend.
