Visited Pizza Hut these days also it was very calm whenever we arrived. We purchased pizza and six poultry wings. Four poultry wings arrived and I pointed this out there to the “waitress “. Rather than saying sorry for the mistake I'll get another 2 chickenwings for you she simply waved her hand at me and walked away from to the kitchen. Then I viewed to your kitchen area and the waitress and the chef were considering our desk and pointing. This is rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Whenever we were finished I asked to talk with the manager concerning this. Not significantly of a reply from her and she has been just smiling such as she found the complete incident amusing. Considering Pizza Hut is really a chain I'd presume they will have adequate customer support training . Not really at Genting Highlands. I would never go back to eat here even though it was free. The pizza tasted ok to become fair however the professionalism of the employees or none professionalism I will say left an extremely sour flavor in my mouth. Surprisingly the outlet within Genting work better compared to the regular ones within KL, the meals serving is quick, and the waiters were polite more than enough. Although I nevertheless prefer Domino, but this can do.

Nice ambience. Good location and price sensible, to take pleasure from a meal. Place had not been crowded despite it had been dinner hour, that was best for us, customers. (we returned the following time for the pumpkin soup) Ice Lemon Tea - Not really the typical Tea nonetheless it was the freshing beverage choice. Price MYR40. We didn't order anything else once we just acquired our Churros and Warm Chocolate elsewhere. This was an extremely surprising to get a poor outlet at this type of premium location. Provider was blow common. They charge for normal water. Extra topping that was charged, had almost no asked ingredient. Average high quality of food. Never anticipated this from Pizza Hut
