Liked dinner here. Not really your typical restaurants somewhere else like a market without private/personal area. Reservation needs to be made, unless you wanna depart it to chance.

As a Silver Cards Genting associate, I booked each day earlier for lunch time final Saturday for three (mum and wife), as tables were frequently completely booked, whether for your meal. My family have already been patronizing the Min Ren cafe each time we visitedGenting Highlands for several years even before the eating place was moved for this location. We have been delighted with its well-known lamb soup and lamb meals, which should you choose visit Genting Highlands, this is a must go to restaurant, aside from the Imperial Rama cafe (that acts Chinese Thai cuisine). It's been two years roughly since we final patronize the eating place, and we had been to eager to purchase and savour the natural lamb soup (RM22) and the yam papaya soup (RM15), aside from the lamb curry (RM36). We ordered something brand-new, the lamb ginger (RM43), and in addition ordered the four periods vegetables (RM41). Our overall bill arrived to RM270.50, including 6% GST. Aside from the cost, we found the meals having dropped its oomph entirely, especially the lamb meals, like the soup. What occurred we wondered? Can it be because the lamb no more originates from Xinjiang, Northern China but from Australia? Properly, the veggie dish tasted flat aswell. We left the cafe greatly dissatisfied; and lament possibly the famous lamb cuisine eating place has lost its path or identity.

It's a private region and the decoration for the restaurant helps it be higher course than others. Certainly a choice if you want to entertain some people or musicians (given all of the concerts heading on). Nevertheless, dont expect an excessive amount of on the meals side. Servicewasn't good, not really attentive enough, as well as perhaps use even more chinese in explaining menus will help.
