It was an attempt to go to Genting Highlands by personal car (was told like Sentral Station bus terminal that the 10 am & 11am bus whole?) also it was 33 yrs since last visit. THEREFORE I was searching for a good lunch restaurant. Getting unfamiliarwith the multi-levels Resort Planet Genting design, I walked approved a corridor with several restaurants choices and chosen the Kobe Gye Takumi which appeared Japanese and Korean blended. The menus is more grilled Korean meat or Japanese sashimi or sushi or bento. I settled on the seafood lunch time set - salad, sashimi parts on rice, seaweed miso soup and bottomless green tea extract. The program was prompt and great with frequent best up of the popular tea. Was informed that the chef had been been trained in Japan. Price - RM40 + tax Value noting that the seating could be normal table/seat or Japansese low desk seating with the hip and legs beneath the lower raised system. Guests had a need to remove shoes if choose on the afterwards option.

Wonderful meal as of this Japanese restaurant. We liked their assistance and meal. Enjoy the Kobe BBQ beef! Excellent beef & tasty! Must try! Great meal, nice location. Enjoy!

I visited this restaurant within my recent stop by at Genting Highlands. It is a cozy dining location. As I had been there with children therefore we didn't purchase much food. The very best deal we had has been the salmon sashimi, very heavy and satisfying mouthful of the freshsashimi. The udon for my children were flavorful. However the salmon sushi we purchased was horrible. The sushi had been badly offered the slim slice of salmon flopping across the sushi and the rice has been pressed too much which ruins the flavor of sushi. The slice of salmon appeared like being pressed alongside the rice and it appeared as if squashed slice across the rice. Assistance at the cafe was good. Employees are friendly.
