My boy has peanut allergy. Fourteen days ago we returned and asked the employees again about if they used peanut essential oil merely to make sure.There have been two male staffs at the reception, whenever we informed them of his allergies and asked what oil they use, they basically shrugged and said “we don’t know”, “we’re uncertain” , didn’t even devote the minimum effort to at the very least visit the kitchen and have the chef (that is what most waiters/waitresses can do right after we’ve informed them of allergies). A whole lot worse, one of these even said “you do not eat right here” and laughed. Terrible customer support and I couldn’t think it when those two employees simply stood there and didn’t even help you a 4 year older. It’s just basic laziness.It would’ve been alright should they said “he shouldn’t eat here we use peanuts” however they simply said “i don’t understand”.

Food is typical, but part is acceptable. They'll try to reduce your throat as strong as possible. A woman who I believe is really a supervisor of the eating place kept requesting us if we wish any beverages after ordering our meals, we stated no and she simply kept inquiring us until we made a decision to get water. This is not called persuasive, it's known as pestering. Most customers don't like it, therefore please try to alter your tactic/method of marketing since it makes the clients uncomfortable and deranged.The toufu dish was positioned on our desk before our meals were served, We wondered and confident they need us to cover the dish once we didn't purchase. Asked the supervisor if the dish must be paid, she mentioned yes not to mention my response to her had been we don't want to buy, obviously attempting to reduce our throats.One guy waiter did an excellent work refilling our water eyeglasses without hesitation, because we completed them quickly so he found us every short while right after. Applaud to him.
