That is our first stop by at the restaurant. We attempted the COD n The HADDOCK. The haddock has been ok, however the cod, a little dissapointing for me personally. The smell will there be, have to request extra lemon to eliminate the smell 😅. Aside fromthat, very little vege side dishes apart from the mushy peas. The environment are fine, the service are good. Plus there’s a live life one piece band that is good to listen when you enjoying your dinner. Am i going to come again, mybe?

First-time dining at the supposedly world-famous Harry Ramsden inside Genting Highlands, the very first thing we were told was that there is no menu! Got to scan the QR code up for grabs for the menus, and because of its set up, got to scroll upand down, left and correct to be able to read it. Asking for tips about the seafood & chips, the waitress suggested the cod, stating that the haddock might smell a little fishy (should've ordered the haddock, since another waiter subsequently suggested the haddock instead!). Properly, the cod was clean, but quite bland (not a hint of salt or additional seasonings) and the basic batter didn't help either. Despite having a squeeze of lemon, it had been still very bland. The chips had been OK. Are you aware that aspect of mushy peas, I got a little and didn't contact the rest. The tabletops were also extremely sticky due to all of the constant sanitizing, because the lacquer were softened by the alcohol. Our fingers and also the teapot/plates/etc kept sticking with the desk. They should've additional a level of formica at the top to address this matter. Would I return back? Was viewing Gordon Ramsay's video in beer batter Seafood & Chips. THEREFORE I had been eager to try out this British-design F&C. We purchased the Cod and Haddock. The review because of this supposedly celebrated F&C? We can barely believe it. Both fishes experienced no flavouror sweetness at all. Probably these were frozen for much too long. Small to no seasoning on the batter as well. Didn't even obtain that slice of lemon. Won't suggest this to anyone. Sorry.

Half the meals and drink menu was unavailable- even the haddock! Codfish was ok and curry sauce but chips were undercooked, bread stale and onion rings oily and flory. Overpriced and underwhelming.

If you are searching for good fish & chips, leave here! Portion was quite big. We ordered the Cod fish. Quite tasty. Overall, quite satisfying

This was the first time following the Covid 19 lockdowns that I tried the Fish n Chips again...The purchase price has increased and the Cod Fish n Chips was totally tasteless. It even had the odd fishy smell and didn't taste fresh. Previously prior to the pandemic,I had tried many, often plus they tasted excellent The chips that arrived with it were over -fried, hard, some burnt n were mostly the tiny bits n corner, not the most common big chunks of juicy chips which are normally served. And the part of the chips were really small in comparison to those times prior to the pandemic And the worst part was once the server passed our orders to us, she told us that the two 2 little disposable saucers of mayonnaise n chilly sauce were the utmost quota served. If we are in need of any extra mayonnaise, it'll be at extra charge. And mind you, the two 2 orders of Cod Fish n Chips had not been cheap - RM 132.00. For that price, I would suggest to go n have better food in the meals court..
