THEREFORE I have to wait another 45min to obtain my room crucial. I request an area upgrade, but she mentioned my room has already been premium. THEREFORE I tought I can progress priority than others, however, not as expected2. WHEN I reach my room, remote Television n towel isn't available. THEREFORE I call room services to sent the things, but waited on 8.00pm nevertheless not arrive. Therefore after dinner, Personally, i wait around at lobby for the towel, because everybody need to get bath after one day trip kan. Which means this is my very first hotel provide towel from lobby to my area.3. With therefore may flaw, Personally, i demand for complementary, at the very least provide me voucher, additional bed free of charge ke, however the staff simply stated "sorry sir, we can not do this". During breakfast, there's very little choices of foods. The nasi lemak had been tasteless. The sambal rasa pedas je semata. Ikan bilis goreng keras. Bubur nasi tak sedap. During diner, (walk in) there is not much choices furthermore. Just a couple dish. Ordered poultry chop, was tasteless, poultry hard and dry like your center, the gravy has been okay, but sufficient to eat the poultry. The fries had not been properly cooked, its cool like your heart as well. For a 4 Superstar Hotel, this will not happend. (However the personnel/waiter's was nice) Many thanks.
