Ytd I just found Genting din tai Fung have extremely bad experience and incredibly unhappy to allow them to arrange desk,we've 13ppl is 2 band of family, front table also in no way told before is arrange just how many person may sit together for just one desk, after we fill the oder menus have two family distinction favorite meals ,when Q arrived waitress state 5pax is one desk,8pax is another table ,I simply told them 6pax is one household grp,our menus fill up is 6pax preferred food, pls help arrange,waitresses very poor attitude state they don’t have 6pax for just one desk???so amusing..if have family members is 6pax how??? Can’t dine in ???On that day table individual the food we consume half then move to some other table….so I have to ask why your have to charge 6% assistance charge?? give us such as this program…and no gentle the problem…transaction counter staff no grin and attitudeWhat sort of this service???I'm feel really disappointed for all those service.equate to Singapore and Taiwan provider is totally different.

Visited this put on 7 Nov, Mon. No queue however the restaurant is nearly full. Service is great but food is typical. The product quality and freshness of the dumplings could be improve. This location does not take part in the Genting Prize Membership.

I've Din Tai Fung in Penang before. The meals in penang are excellent, furthermore in Sky Avenue. But I am hoping the meals can more "Panas" whenever your restaurant open up in Highlands. My mom appreciate 酸辣汤, and the fried rice have to try ( recommend )
