Queued for one hour because of weekend. Purchased 1 lobster and 1 burger with lobster meat and 1 drink costing almost RM340. The lobster was over-cooked plus they did nothing to displace it. The burger has been horrible. RM168 for this type of little lousy burger. Thelobster meats on the burger had been pathetic. Very over-rated. Ramli burger tasted far better. Won't ever go once again. MF!!!

The lobsters weren't fresh. My partner and daughter experienced vomiting and diarrhoea. Fortunately my grandson had not been impacted. When contacted to record the problem, the Outlet manager didn't bother to react. Whats the point of experiencing a laboratory to supposedly guarantee qualitywhen it unsuccessful miserably. Should they think I desired a free meal, they're wrong. Consumers should be safeguarded and operators of the international franchise must have more heart.

Came in with 6 other friends (7 folks altogether) and has been told that the Tower of London dish is for 6 servings. The excess clients are forced to purchase additional ala carte. In any other case, they will not last at all. NO SHARINGALLOWED Right here! Server only served 6 plates and bibs and still left me only without anything. Do you consider that is reasonable judgment? I’ll depart it for you to decide. I've NEVER heard that clients are not permitted to share foods at an eatery. Perhaps you have? Is that even lawful? Ridiculousness x9999999. Planned to use this with friends, yet find yourself very disappointed along with the meals. We r in several 11 pax, 7 grownup 4 kids plus they wished us to purchase the exact best for the grownup.. We already purchase a couple of 6and insist us to purchase 1 more to create up for 1 grownup, that means purchase another set. Experience cheated rather than worth the cost. The meals wasn't as tasty rather than that fresh

Foods quite tasty. We purchased the chilli lobster. Provider was quite fast & effective. Reasonably priced. Overall, we'd a satisfying meal.

Don’t allow name turn you apart. The meals tantalises the tastebuds with amazing back again of the pallet after preferences. The textures are usually to die for and offered with an excellent staff. Inform them POJ delivered you for a particular surprise. This can haveyou heading back for more

I have already been to B&L each time I visited Genting. It's been a couple of years since because of Covid. The meals was good as normal. I really believe the fries had been a larger cut compared to the current shoestring trim. I prefer the bigger slice.The lobster was satisfying and my sons had the burger and the lobster roll. Only hope is normally for the queue to be shorter. I began to queue at about 10.30am, looking forward to it to open from 11am. As they don't have enough employees, they allowed customers in to the restaurant at an extremely slow rate. My children was only in a position to enter at about 11.30am.

We’ve been attempting to dine there but usually there’s an extended, long queue. This round we waited about 35 minutes and got ourselves a table. Service was fast, meals was great and portions are usually reasonable with it’s cost. The chilie lobsters really was good, thetoasted loaf of bread was equally delicious. Their burger and rolls had been delicious too. For durian lovers, have to try the durian tempura! Definitely, we’ll be back again for even more IF the queue isn’t too much time.

The meals was superb regardless of the super long one to two 2 hrs queue. Lobsters was refreshing and delightful and sandwiches has been serve in an enormous serving too. Overall worthy of the await a superb meals.
