Canceled our drinks without notifying myself and i was billed rm10 just for an individual donut. Simply cancel everything in order to cancel. Im very dissapointed

KELEBIHAN1. Saya suka suasana di sini. Terletak di tepi eskalator dan agak "terbuka". Namun,masih menarik bagi saya untuk lepak minum sambil melihat gelagat pengunjung Dpulze.2. Caramel macchiato yang dibuat juga sedap. Saya suka!3. Staf cekap menyiapkan pesanan. Tahniah!4. Saya suka lukisan smiley di cawan yang dilukis staf. Comel!KEKURANGANMaaf jika berkecil hati, cuma ulasan jujur untuk penambahbaikan.1. Kalau boleh, seeloknya staf panggil nama pelanggan dengan lebih kuat dan panggil berulang kali. Saya tertunggu-tunggu pesanan saya. Sewaktu saya datang kaunter, rupa-rupanya dah siap.2. Tinggalan pinggan yang telah digunakan tidak berkemas di atas meja dalam keadaan lama (rujuk gambar). Dari waktu saya sampai, sampai habis makan, sampai saya lintas semula depan Starbucks, masih sama pinggannya di situ. Mungkin faktor kurang staf. Mungkin.Sekian sahaja ulasan saya.Terima kasih.

An instant takeaway from starbucks. Obtained myself the xmas tumbler (24oz) and immediately utilize it for my venti beverage. The staff is effective with my queries on the tumbler availibility

Zero babyseats, eventhough they're situated correct across Happikiddo. Our girl was designed to either be kept by among us or fuss around on the grownup chairs therefore risking spillage of warm drinks on her behalf. The only starbucks we have been to so significantly which has NO BABYSEATS. Wow.
