Just got here 12/1/21. Very bad services. My foods arrived 30 minutes following the order and my children had finished their food. The waiter in no way asked for any upgrade of the meals delivered and just send when i had educated them. Upon shipping to the desk no words sorry arrived at all packaged with a directly ignorant face. During transaction, checkout all the order list like the undelivered one which will be "nasi minyak", an increase rice that people didn't reach all. When I enquire about it, she simply mentioned "oh tak dapat eh" and again with out a single "sorry" simply reverted us with the total amount to get back. Sorry I result from banting merely to support muslim company and somehow put higher expectations for this that i admit my fault but please, show the very best courtesy service procedures towards customer in order that even though the foods aren't good enough, consumer will remember the nice second they experienced before. I've no any intension to drag down the business enterprise as I desire to support this within my own greatest will. Please simply because a muslim show an excellent courtesy service so the world can easily see and stick to. Dear manager please enhance this and I'm a lot more than joyful to keep coming back if amendment have been made. It is possible to contact me for more clarification regarding this suggestions.
