It'll be my one & just time dining here. In comparison to other Vietnamese dining places in Malaysia ( outside VN), that is rather disappointing. The new springtime rolls served have difficult rice papers skins , like chewing on a plastic material sheet. U can’t wrap /fold the rice document when its tough but suspected being produced earlier and subjected to air (atmosphere dried) . Pancakes ( banh xeo) can be as bad. The plate of beef Pho will be average. Perhaps only provide a thumbs-up to the iced espresso.
