There was a period when I had to go to Batu Pahat frequently to be sure of a mini resort project that my partners and I were focusing on. Our timber provider was situated in Labis, a city about one hour drive aside. We were not acquainted with Labis nor around area once we seldom arrived at this section of Johor.After checking and discussing on the product quality and specifications, the bell in the factory rang signalling lunchtime - our supplier suggested lunch and check out lead the best way to Chaah, a little town among Labis & Yong Peng. We were taken to this unassuming eating place behind the primary road.We thought that it might be a simply and informal lunch time but less did I understand that people were in an excellent treatClaypot tin kai (田鸡) - the sauce was much like ginger and springtime onion design served boiling... And the meat was so nice and company.Steamed bak sou gong - simply steamed just before doused along with soy sauce and garnished along with fried ginger and very first garlic.
