It's our first go to, we found this cafe from some local's blog page. We reached around 6pm, it is a spacious location but crowd already to arrive taken the majority of the tables! With a little conventional charcoal steamboat pot, we were amaze with the quantity of fish, veggies, yam and "tau gee" inside, and the soup is certainly among the best I've attempted. It's milky and wealthy with a hint of sourness by sour plum. Both my sons ate even more food than normal and we benefit from the food quite definitely! For family with children who doesn't thoughts 'air-con-less', that is your place. We have been impressed by the performance of the assistance, it's my first-time saw 2 individual in charge using handheld microphone to set up and communicate to the employees. They have wide variety of extra dishes as well, and the purchase price are sensible. We tried prawns, they're fresh and minced meats for kids, they enjoy it.

Several will react what so specific about steamboat. But this steamboat differs. Being truly a steamboat lover, I has been amazed with this particular Grouper & Yam steamboat. The soup isn't fishy at all, but taste so sweet with the yam, cabbage and milk (I believe!).They use charcoal which will make the soup boils slowly and therefore the soup is aromatic and fried garoupa cubes didn't even split despite numerous rounds of boiling. It is possible to choose your other ingredients to opt for what exactly are already in the soup base. Seafood options include cuttlefish, squid, seafood maw, abalone slices, prawns, scallops etc Pork slices had been good. Refillings were very generous. This is why unlike some other steamboats, the soup didn't obtain salty at all towards the finish. The price however is really a bit on the high aspect.

The restaurant offers among the tastiest steamboat you will find in Butterworth. The seafood stock is yummy. Components are fresh and affordability. It is well-known and become prepared for big group. Regularly, extra tables are set up on adjacent shop a lot to caterfor the occupied hours. Services remained effective. Bonus point: there exists a well-known chinese fried dough sticks stall(yau char kwai) at the contrary road.
