We dine at Xuan Xin at the very least thrice per month mainly for Dim Sum. The product quality & authenticity of the meals is good. Nevertheless, there are some concerns. The assistance is strike & miss and become aware that restaurant does not offer anynapkins but products wet wipes at MYR 1 each !!! The steamed peanuts once you sit down may also be charged for !!! This actually leaves a sour flavor in the mouth area. It's just a issue of principal. My suggestions is to come back the wet wipes from the starting point.
