If you're a crab-lover… …Ten Feng Tea Home may be the place to head to for their popular Tambun claypot crab rice and porridge. The initial restaurant is definitely on Jalan MacAlister, Penang however the one we visited is their new eating place close to theTeoh Kongsi in Lebuh Carnavon. We discovered it unintentionally when we were searching for the well-known beef koay teow soup. The crab rice is way better compared to the porridge but both had been tasty. The “small” was good enough for 3-4 little eaters and had 2 crabs. The crab really was refreshing and the rice experienced additional ingredients like pork inside it. They will have other dishes as well - seafood and froglegs and rather than rice, you might have rice vermicelli or cup vermicelli. Price is actually reasonable for fresh top quality crab!

First time to possess crabs claypot rice, usually chicken. It took 35 mins to prepare but it’s well worth the wait. Simply just delicious. I really like the rice crust on underneath. Can have the crispness of the crust and little prawns. Very special texturebut very satisfying as well. The tofu dish that we’re ordered was superb too. Its RM$154 for the crabs claypot rice and arM$15 for the tofu. Can’t say affordable but it’s worthy of trying. Will undoubtedly be back again easily have the

We visited the cafe for supper with several close friends from Singapore to use their famous crab claypot rice. Not disappointed because of it. The crab cost is based on pounds of the crab. Another dishes were acceptable. This is a good option to another crabclaypot that is out side the town. We also attempted the crab bee hoon. Good.
