Each morning, Ali Nasi Lemaklocated at the entry to the meals court does brisk company using its coconut milk rice with spicy condiment loaded in banana leaf. The meals court is filled with office employees during lunch time.

Auntie Gaik Lean was a final minute rush once we needed to make contact with our cruise liner and had not been sure if we have to do this or return back and have supper on the ship. Auntie Gaik Lean earned and boy would we haveregretted if we'd decided otherwise. Foods at Auntie Gaik Lean has been par exceptional and I understand cos I have performed Peranakan at all of the Straits Settlement Claims I.electronic. Singapore, Malacca and Penang. Between 2 folks, we'd Nyonya fried rice, fried poultry, kangkong, salted duck soup, Assam prawns, nutmeg beverages and Bubur chacha and each one of these would have covered only one 1 dish in Singapore. Excellent had been the bubur chacha which emerged hot and acquired bananas in it. The only real disappointment has been the Assam prawns that was a little gentle to the flavor but otherwise general, the food was great and I would suggest those cruising to visit Lebuh Bishop to use this authentic cafe for his or her great food since it is much less than 5 minutes stroll from the port.
