Putien's staff services is great . Very attentive and continuously aware of our needs . The employees all young , have excellent service attitude therefore we shall go again !! My moms and dads are from Putien , China but migrated to Singapore .I grew upeating what's referred to as Henghwa food .Probably the most famous being Henghwa Mee sua or Pa Mee ( sometimes called Lor Mee) . Putien deserves Michelin a single star because of their cusine such as for example lychee poultry, mee sua, fried vermicelli and braised cabbage with bean curd pores and skin ! They are Henghua cuisine . Others on the menus are food within dining places whether Cantonese, Teochew, Hokkien etc .eg braised intestines, prawns steamed with garlic , steamed grouper etc. Be careful that Putien's food will come in small portions!! Just the braised Chinese cabbage with towfoo epidermis is a generous assisting and taste excellent !! The very best seller Henghua Mee can be an overkill but nonetheless taste good . Just an excessive amount of ingredients cramped in to the plate of noodles . It appears peasant . Unlike Japanese ramen or udon , style & understated display makes the cuisine appears clear, classy and expensive . Likewise with French cuisine . Therefore Henghua Mee do not need to have so many substances but few great and fresh types like even more vongele ( la la) scallops, chives .

It’s an informal dining restaurant with fine ambience, friendly and helpful employees and selection of menu. Great and recommended meals, I love to try new items in the menus. The package can be another choice. Like their noodle and all. Always back for even more. Locatedat Gurney Paragon Mall, centre of Penang.

It’s the hype that my buddies were talking about. The area was properly decorated and the ambience is usually relaxing. They assist Chinese foods and we purchase their seaweed that is probably the most saleable dish. It had been just okay only once we don’t that can compare with thetaste. The noodle flavor better. We have there been because it is really a Michelin 1*. It doesn’t really fit our taste bud.

It is a Michelin 1-star restaurant, therefore i just tried it out. I sincerely thought it really is overrated and overpriced. The meals doesnt provide any exhilaration as anticipated

We did a 10 training course menu selected by our web host. All 10 classes were beautifully introduced. Standouts had been the steamed seafood, frozen bitter gourd and prawns in organic broth! The desserts had been typically Chinese but nicely presented. The Lovely Potatoe in Pumpkin Lotion was thebest. Provider was ok however, not exceptional.
