The problem with this particular place is the insufficient service from the staff. Service is quite gradual. I sat for 20 minutes before someone found give me a menus. They're quite unaware and possibly quite dumb. The food was very good though. Saladnice and new as had been the pizza. Also there will not seem to be any airconditioning that's working because the place is fairly warm. In the event that you come here be sure you have an hr to obtain served and eat your meal. Better not ahead before 8pm because the place is as well crowded and the personnel will shoo you apart because they don't wish to accomplish any extra work.

Never had the most severe experience within Pizza Hut compared to the one We had here. The meals was actually a bit better than alright, but the service.... It had been beyond terrible. Not at all something that Pizza Hut ought to be proud of. Ordered a family group package deal butthey forgot to assist us the flatbread, only if we didn’t inform them. Left after that paid, actually the cashier wasn’t there. Just 3 servers seen, also one of them had been a trainee and a different one appears like a kitchen personel. Strange taste , not baked properly also to top everything WORST service for certain .worse employees slow and ignorant, still the manager has been quite rude and had zero clue about customer support

We had simply finished a hike and fancied some carbs. Upon getting into the restaurant we instantly felt unwelcome once the waiting personnel saw us but didn't smile as well as acknowledge us. After obtaining menus we then cannot get anyone's focus on order asstaff had been either on the phone or chatting aside behind the restaurant. Therefore we went around order and once again no smile. Once the foods did arrive it had been nice. Again no-one found our table directly after we had completed, too occupied chatting or enjoying on their phones therefore we popped around pay so when we compensated and offered a grin when we were departing the cashier looked another way. Could not really have already been more rude should they tried. A genuine shame. This is actually the only location in most of Penang, Thailand and Vietnam where we've had such poor provider in 2 a few months of travelling.

As the food was delicious at tasty the program was really slow, we ordered, Cheesy Fries, Garlic Flat Bread, a Pizza and a Spaghetti & Meatballs, 20 mins directly after we ordered the waiter came to state we couldn't have the fries because they hadrun out of potatoes (How do a restaurant go out of spuds I asked, lol) anyway asked for another Garlic Flat Bread instead, an additional 15 mins afterwards the Pizza arrived then your Spaghetti & Meatballs, cold. Finally the two 2 Garlic Flat breads 10 later on (they should've been very first).
